Job Summary
To perform a variety of duties, providing support for the Finance department. Act as a liaison with other departments, especially with gathering and disseminating information necessary for coordination and communication between the various departments.
Essential Functions
• Gather info for Installation team and projects to be completed across the nation, including travel arrangements, dates, material details and other project info necessary for installers to know to be able to efficiently and accurately perform the project.
• Maintain the schedule for the installers
• Enter bills into KeyedIn (accounting software)
• Enter purchasing into KeyedIn
• Help with basic local signage estimating and costing, using existing templates
• Updating the CRM software, as time allows
• Help with employee and other internal orders
• Maintain Facilities work order submissions, updating other departments and digital formats daily.

Qualifications:
• Ability to type 40+ words per minute
• Ability to work in a constantly changing environment and adapt self & schedule to that environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maneuver a networked computer system
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Logical, analytical or mathematical reasoning abilities
