Overview The Director, Order Management, provides strategic direction and leadership to build an order management function in Lehi, Utah to support a fast-moving, high-performing sales team while ensuring timeliness and integrity of each order. This includes supporting the Sales organization in processing quotes and incoming purchase orders ensuring compliance with policies, exceptional service to all customers, highly accurate data input into our order processing and billing systems, and regular communication to our sales, supply chain and revenue accounting teams. We are looking for someone who will roll up their sleeves and get their heads and hands into the process with their team, as this will be a "hands-on" manager role. The Director, Order Management, will need to understand what it means to be a Puritan and design an effective order management function. You will establish strong relationships with Customers, Sales, Deals Desk, Revenue Accounting, and Supply Chain teams to efficiently address our customers’ and internal processing needs and internal compliance requirements. Customer service, cross-functional collaboration and team building are keys to success while ensuring order quality and compliance is not compromised.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To Ensure and invest in the success of the global Order Management team through strong leadership, strategic direction and collaboration Contribute to sales achievements through solid partnership, efficient processes and effective communication with all sales teams Design and lead a high-performing functions; educate and train at all levels the mission and capabilities of the function Implement and monitor Quote and Order Acceptance requirements, ensuring an appropriate order flow in compliance with Pure policies Ensure order quality and completeness by collaborating with Sales, Customers, Channel Management, Revenue Accounting and Supply Chain teams to resolve invoice, purchase order and pricing issues Ensure timeliness and integrity of all data necessary to efficiently process quotes, orders and invoices Maintain customer master data is complete and accurate, including agreements Uphold and promote customer-first approach; define behaviors and interactions, and establish standards and expectation of how external customers will experience Pure Identify opportunities and initiatives to improve customer service and streamline order processing

Qualifications:

7+ years of order management experience supporting a high-volume producing sales team 7+ years' experience in a people leadership capacity with demonstrated track record of recruiting and developing a high-performing team Strong order processing and systems experience to enable the deployment plan Demonstrated experience with channel-led sales organizations Strong verbal and written communication skills with associates at all levels and cross-functionally Maintain confidential information and ensure it is handled with sensitivity Possess self-starter and problem-solving mentalities Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and decision-making ability Highly proficient in Salesforce and NetSuite Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced customer-first environment and meet aggressive deadlines
