Description:

General outdoor landscaping and grounds maintenance. Includes daily garbage pick up; winter snow removal; summer sprinkler systems upkeep; mowing and other outdoor maintenance as assigned. May include some building maintenance.

Qualifications:

Must have landscaping -- trees, shrubs, lawn chemical --experience; sprinkler system and zone valve experience. Good work ethic. Punctual. Self starter. Dependable. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have a valid drivers license.
