Description:
Partnering with Executive Distributors through planning and strategizing to align goals with Company’s strategies inorder to meet revenue targets.
Provide maximum support to Executive Distributors in order to achieve set goals.
Provides personalized service and customer support to Executives which will enable them to achieve their optimal performance level.
Recognizes and celebrates growth and achievement of goals
Provides timely and accurate feedback to Executives of changes in Company policies and procedures and sales compensation plans.
Personally responsible to monitor and ensure that each account has maximum support to prevent fall-out of qualifications.
Maintains professional, effective working relationships with Executives
Qualifications:
Superior problem solving, decision making and judgment skills, and presentations skills.
Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to display a customer service attitude
Can motivate and train the Executive Distributors and their organization
