Description:
Track the progress and success of distributors, customers, programs and incentives. Report on NSE’s business initiative endeavors as they relate to distributor programs. Create and maintain a library of reports and other pertinent information related to the progress and success of distributors, customers, programs and incentives across the Company. Proactively find and communicate pertinent information to NSE management and marketing to ensure that understanding of the information is converted into the proper implementation and administration of programs and incentives. Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Data extraction and analysis (using database query language) experience
Advanced knowledge of Pick-Universe and Oracle SQL query languages
Demonstrated proficiency in knowledge of SAP, both in reporting and order processing preferred
Demonstrated proficiency of MicroStrategy or other BI tools preferred
Keep commitments and deliver under pressure
Outstanding working knowledge of Excel, with particular expertise in visual presentation techniques
Working knowledge of Word and ability to create professional presentations via PowerPoint
Create professional, easy-to-understand reports, analyses, proposals and strategies
Work with PL/SQL blocks, Java, VB/ASP/.net preferred
Basic understanding of relational databases required
Demonstrated working knowledge of Distributor tools (V&G), AM Dashboard tool, Atlas Member inquiry screens and Call Center tools
Must be self-motivated and self-directed
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Ability to travel to various markets to train key personnel
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Good communication skills
Respond to email or questions in a timely manner and provide follow-up with issues until they are resolved
