Description:

Nu Skin conducts 2.5 billion dollars across more than 50 countries. The business analyst will serve as the liaison between enterprise architecture, Innovation Lab, development, and the business organization. Business Analysts continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, deepen relationships, and effectively manage customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Building Relationships: Builds both formal and informal professional networks. Maintains and extends networks within, across and external to organizational boundaries. Obtains and shares information, ideas and problems. Solicits advice, support, championship, sponsorship and commitment that result in smooth transitions of change and the development of mutually acceptable solutions. Business Function Knowledge: Uses an understanding of business functions to analyze and propose technical strategies for the business. Assesses benefits, risks, and costs Business Process Knowledge: Identifies, documents, and monitors key business processes needed to achieve successful business results. Maps and documents processes. Develops framework for process improvement. Communications for Results: Expresses technical and business concepts, ideas, feelings, opinions, and conclusions orally and in writing. Listens attentively and reinforces words through empathetic body language and tone Information Seeking: Gathers and analyzes information or data on current and future trends of best practice. Seeks information on issues impacting the progress of organizational and process issues. Translates up to date information into continuous improvement activities that enhance performance. Initiative: Voluntarily takes the first steps to identify and address existing and potential obstacles, issues, and opportunities. Teamwork: Collaborates with other members of formal and informal groups in the pursuit of common missions, vision, values and mutual goals. Places team needs and priorities above personal needs. Involves others in making decisions that affect them. Draws on the strengths of colleagues and gives credit to others' contributions and achievements. Thoroughness: Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy. Defines and organizes tasks, responsibilities and priorities. Takes responsibility for timely completion

Qualifications:

Broad IT domain experience in three or more of the following areas IT areas: Applications Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Vendor Management, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and Maintenance and Support. Someone who is comfortable in leading edge technologies. AI, Machine Learning, IOT, Cloud Computing, and other new technologies on an international scale. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Typically requires 5-7 years of relevant technical and business work experience. Requires experience/in depth knowledge of business operations and systems requirements processes. Proficiency in IIBA principals and practices
