Description:

Oversee strategy and execution of foundation initiatives tied to Public Affairs and company business objectives. Responsible for the successful branding and operations of the following programs and efforts:

Corporate Social Responsibility/Force for good global efforts The Nourish the Children Initiative Force for Good foundation operations

Qualifications:

Strong ability to coordinate program with internal and external resources Ability to manage product lines Skilled in working with top management of partner organizations, representing company interests Understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility vision, mission and practices Complete knowledge of Force for Good programs and initiatives Ability to effectively present and explain complex corporate CSR efforts to various audiences from the Board of Directors to community organizations Strong network and working relationships with finance personnel and corporate reporting systems In collaboration with senior leadership, ability to develop appropriate goals and metrics for measuring the performance of CSR programs. Determine reporting-related organizational goals, processes, infrastructure and schedules. Ability to manage multiple projects and team members within a team environment Excellent leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication skills Excellent decision-making skills

Exposure:

Internal: Meets weekly with Vice-President of Public Affairs and Vice-President of Corporate Relations, monthly with the Nu Skin Chairman of the Board and quarterly with the Force for Good Board of Directors which includes the Nu Skin founders, CEO, CFO and others. Meets as needed with company executives in finance, distributor services, IT, manufacturing, etc. Coordinates frequently with operations and finance on VitaMeal inventory, production and disposition. Meets with finance on quarterly regional market reports. Coordinates weekly with Public Affairs personnel and as needed with distributor services.

External: Meets with top and middle management of Charity Partner organizations, Government Officials (including the President, Vice-President and Cabinet Members of the country of Malawi), Traditional Authorities (including the King of the Chewa tribe and chiefs of various levels.) Represents the program with community organizations and universities. Works extensively with the Board of Directors of the various programs and all levels of program management.
