Description:

Oversees all aspects of assigned motion graphics projects, including design, animation, execution. Responsible for concept, design, and execution of presentation support. Materials to be created may be for stage presentations, meetings and market research. Produce projects in a timely, professional and budget-conscious manner.

Produce high-end, motion graphics. Produce highly engaging presentation collateral. Design/create presentations in Keynote and PowerPoint as assigned. Stay up to date on presentation techniques and tools and recommend new avenues of development. Produce and direct assigned media projects from initiation through project close-out. Be responsible for the creative process of these projects, and the associated budget. Ensure that the work is completed in a timely manner and within budgets. Assist team manager with project management activities as assigned. Operate animation, editing equipment. Responsible to see that projects are created according to client specifications, and corporate standards. Responsible for the timely execution of all assigned productions. Prepare media for use in a variety of formats. Recommend system upgrades and oversee installation as needed. Foster and maintain good relations with vendors and outside resources. Help with the overall maintenance and management of the media library.

Qualifications:

BA in Design, Animation, or related field and at least 2 years of related production experience. Working knowledge of Keynote and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills. Ability to make sound creative judgments in relation to corporate marketing objectives. Working knowledge of all aspects of film/video production. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Ability to follow through on extensive projects and complete work on time and within budget. Able to make wise use of company time and resources. Willingness to be "service-oriented". Willingness to be a self-starter. Ability to manage and mentor staff as assigned. Demonstrate problem-solving skills. Requires some heavy lifting.
