We currently own and operate 14 radio stations in Seattle, Phoenix, Denver and Salt Lake City, along with the NBC Affiliate TV station, KSL TV 5, in Salt Lake. POSITION: We are seeking a part-time Imaging Producer who will work to produce branded imaging for KSL NewsRadio. The hours will be approximately 2-7 PM, Mon-Fri, although they are subject to change based on the needs of the Company.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Produce brand-aligned radio promos, short liners, show opens and periodic specialty production Interact with and coach news voice personality. Revise or resubmit copy as necessary Manage workflow of any production or voiceover sent out-of-house Voice select imaging elements not submitted to news voice personality Develop working knowledge of several KSL audio editing systems Assure all assigned production, imaging and editing meet station standards keep up to date with trends in audio and commercial production and equipment Work in compliance with Company policies and procedures Work effectively in a team environment Maintain a positive and cooperative rapport with staff, management, and clients Consistently work hours required to meet deadlines including weekends, holidays, evenings, etc. Project an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor Personal growth and development Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

College degree in communications, journalism, marketing or other relevant field OR two years of relevant experience Excellent computer skills, including the ability to learn and use new programs Creative in use of sound and production element Enthusiasm for commercial talk radio Ability to understand and executie format philosophy and work with a team of other professionals in creating a distinctive sound

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively Substantial physical movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers Ability to extend hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction with good eye and hand coordination Lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds on occasion
