Qualifications:

Performs operations and maintenance (O&M) and electrical engineering work at a pumped storage hydroelectric power plant, and several trans-mountain diversion tunnels and canals. Work includes activities related to relay and protective systems, transformers, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), plant wiring and control, transmission, and communications. -Preforms project management activities and insures budget and schedule goals are met. -Provides technical recommendations and reviews of Capital Improvement engineering projects. -Assists in preventative maintenance activities to ensure compliance with North American Electric Reliability Corporation/Western Electricity Coordinating Council (NERC/WECC) rules.
