Description:
Part time Receptionist helping customers, filling online orders, answering phones & emails. Faxing documents for office staff. Receiving & sorting daily mail. Working with spread sheets.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines & printers) Ability to be resourceful & proactive when issues arise. Excellent organizational skills. Multitasking & time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel. Accounting knowledge helpful.
