The Utah State University Research Foundation is seeking a purchasing specialist to assist in the acquisition of materials in support of all business units.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Experience in purchasing or a related function
Problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of authority
Proficient with MS Office and related business software packages
Organizational and planning skills
Preferred Qualifications:
BA/BS in business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of professional experience in purchasing or a related function
Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Utah Procurement Code
