Description:
Primary Purpose
Teach undergraduate and graduate level physics, supervise graduate students, conduct research, provide service to Idaho State University (ISU) and the physics profession, and support the ISU program of physics.
Key Responsibilities
Teach one to three undergraduate or graduate classes each semester, supervise research for two or more graduate students, advise students, establish and maintain externally funded research, provide service to the physics program, the College of Science and Engineering, ISU, and the physics profession.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
Ph.D. in Physics.
Preferred Qualifications
Teaching experience, post-doctoral experience, research experience in applied nuclear physics that compliments current ISU physics research.
