Description:

This person will working with multiple business units, creating strategic plans and owning all aspects of digital marketing, beginning to end.

Qualifications:

Primary responsibilities include managing high-impact online marketing that generates leads and new customers, from channels such as search engine marketing, website, email, social media, paid media, and other sources.

This person would ideally enjoy developing new marketing ideas and campaigns while taking full ownership of multiple projects at the same time and managing every step of the project to completion all with an end goal of maximizing revenue potential.

Social Media:

  • Working directly with page managers and team leads to maintain a strong social media presence for clients

  • Moderating a variety of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Google+

  • Collaborating with page manager to create, maintain and update editorial calendars

  • Writing copy appropriate in line with social media best practices

  • Having a firm knowledge of a brand's voice and tone and the ability communicate it effectively

  • Having a clear understanding of current practices and upcoming trends in social media

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and implement email strategy

  • Conduct extensive A/B testing including delivery timing, subject lines, creative layout, CTA placement, etc. to develop best practices and maximize engagement

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure content is up to date and relevant

  • Familiarity with Hubspot or other similar ESPs

  • Be knowledgeable and compliant with CANSPAM laws

  • Be able to analyze and communicate email impact and metrics (including open rate, click rate, click thru, revenue, etc.)

  • Manage list segmentation strategy

Analytics:

  • Develop web analytics strategy, select tools, develop processes and methodologies to support a data driven culture within Marketing

  • Establish and track KPIs for overall site performance, develop dashboards and reports

  • Link on-line activities of key user segments with offline sales and redemption behaviors to assess the incremental value of web properties

  • Conduct A/B and other test plans, analyze results and recommend actions

  • Drive search engine optimization efforts of long term strategy to maximize results

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Communications

2-3 years of digital marketing experience preferred

General html knowledge preferred

Solid understanding of fundamental concepts, efficacy measurements and tools of SEO strategy

Solid understanding of web reporting platforms (Google Analytics, Hubspot)

Solid understanding of web analytics including measurement, testing and benchmarking
