We are currently seeking energetic, driven, and goal-oriented individuals to
play a key role in our growth. We have openings at our El Segundo office for
Care Coordinators. This is a full time, _ hourly, non-exempt level
position, working Thursday - Monday, 1 pm - 10 pm. _
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Work with our clients and build solid relationships with parties involved in their care
- Take incoming phone calls from clients and caregivers and address any issues surrounding care that may arise
- Find caregivers whose skills match client’s needs and schedule emergency shifts
- Provide customer service and directly resolve any issues and concerns
- Receive extensive hands-on training on the healthcare industry, medical terminology and customer service
What does it take to become a member of Team 24?
- Associates degree (AA/AS) required, 4 year college degree preferred (BA/BS)
- 1-2 year’s customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive “Can Do” attitude
- Highly dependable – excellent attendance record & strong work ethic
- Highly Organized
