Job Summary
Sunus Solar is currently looking for a recruiter to work full-time in our Salt
Lake City, UT office. The recruiter position is responsible for maintaining
relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals
are achieved throughout the company. This position reports directly to the
V.P. of sales.
Duties and Responsibilities

Basic understanding of the company’s organizational structure as well as extensive knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices

Screen incoming resumes and answer queries about the position

Hiring and interviewing candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

Manages the onboarding process (e.g. company orientation,

policies

and procedures, processes, and training) for new hires

Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media, job boards, recruiting sites)

Collaborates with area managers to fulfill hiring needs in multiple locations

Participates in job fairs and recruiting events

Design and update job descriptions

Drive and maintain positive and beneficial relationships with strategic partners and collaborators to attract new talent
