Job Summary:

Direct responsibility in the management and administration of all aspects of the Athletic Ticket Office for Gonzaga University.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two years experience working in a collegiate athletic department, ticket office, or related field
  • Knowledge of Paciolan ticketing system
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent customer service skills and abilities

Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree
  • Knowledge of Paciolan t.fund Software
