We consider our interns to be our future team members, and we have built our program to reflect this. Our Interns are given project-based work – no making copies all summer. Each intern is given clear objectives to meet, participates in Lunch and Learn sessions with the Leadership Council and has the opportunity to attend multiple team-building activities. Summer ends with our interns giving presentations on what they learned to our Executive Team (including the CEO!) and other key stakeholders in the organization. Our paid internships run from mid-May 2018 to mid-August 2018. To be considered, all candidates should have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Operations Internship: Our Store Operations Internship gives students a view of restaurant operations, field training and leadership within a large brand, that will ultimately prepare them for future opportunities with Domino’s. This internship builds upon the traditional model of our Leadership Development program by giving students hands on experience to help them learn the foundation of our business at the ground level. Each of our Store Operations interns will have a regional office in their market as their home base, but in addition these folks will spend time working cross-functionally in the fast-paced world of restaurant operations! From working in an actual Domino’s store to participating in an Operations review and assisting with training, each day brings a new experience. Apply today!
