Who are we looking for?

We’re looking to move our lead generation in-house!  A successful Lead Generation Manager will plan, implement, and execute outbound and inbound lead generation programs to support pipeline goals including but not limited to web, social media, drip campaigns, and events.  They will plan, implement, and execute marketing and sales efforts to accelerate leads through the customer buying process, define lead qualification criteria and lead management system, and manage and report weekly metrics of lead generation, outbound calls, appointments and contracts. The most successful Lead Generation Manager will relentlessly drive growth in new customer acquisition programs through innovative strategies and meticulous execution.

A highly successful Lead Generation Manager will take stewardship of leads and actively work to create systems to maximize their effectiveness at converting them. This individual will track their own success and offer suggestions for improvement in their follow-up techniques and tools.

The Lead Generation Manager is disciplined about their time, and works on projects while handling new leads and information requests from prospects. This person is highly focused in order to complete their work.

This person is responsible for converting massive amounts of leads into appointments through personalized follow-up. The Lead Generation Manager must be a well-organized, service-minded individual with good interpersonal skills. The successful Lead Generation Manager will succeed through people, systems, and tools, and will continually make improvements to all facets of this department.

What will you do?

These are the standards a well-above average performer will maintain or exceed:

  • Work with the Director of Operations to build and maintain an effective Lead Generation department
  • Continually develop new lead generation methods and best practices
  • Oversee MKT Team marketing and prospecting needs
  • Research, vet, and analyze lead generation tools and tactics for the team
  • Record, source, assign, and track internet leads, and optimize lead spend for conversion
  • Manage cultivation of internet leads from acquisition to conversion
  • Ensure that all systems and processes run efficiently, making revisions as needed
  • Oversee referral system, system handoffs, and team utilization of all tools (CRM etc.)
  • Manage call calendar, client follow up systems, and other lead generation tactics
  • Record, source, assign, and track all non-internet leads. First point of contact in handling customer inquiries
  • Keeps the Mega informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
  • Refers seller leads to Listing Team

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • System build out
  • Marketing for team (digital, print, social media, etc.)
  • Showing Specialist and OSA Oversight
  • Lead conversion analysis
  • Track individual broker lead conversion
  • Plan for expansion lead generation

Communications/Interactions

  • Showing Specialists/ OSAs – daily
  • Brokers  – daily
  • Director of Operations – daily
  • Joe and Mary – weekly or as needed

Management Responsibilities

  • Assist with overseeing the Showing Specialist / OSAs, with the Director of Operations

Knowledge/Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Marketing knowledge, social media proficiency, understanding of digital strategies
  • Google analytics
  • Knowledge of residential real estate
  • Proficient with contact management software
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good organizational abilities
  • Research
  • High school graduate
  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, PR, Communications, or similar field)
  • Some administrative, marketing, or relevant experience

Compensation – $50,000 - $75,000 (base plus commission/incentive per closed lead, depending on experience)
