MKT Properties was founded in 2009 by Joe Zimmerman and Mary Haight, combining
two successful individual careers into one power team. MKT specializes in
client care, with the success of our clients’ real estate needs being our main
objective. We strive to provide consistent communication with both our clients
and our team, and to provide the most ideal working environment for all. Our
goal in our team is to continue to maintain a win-win relationship, where all

Who are we looking for?
The Transaction Manager is an individual who is willing and able to earn the
right to be a Lead Transaction Manager. This person relishes the opportunity
to build upon, implement, and manage multiple systems with minimal
supervision. The Transaction Manager is deeply committed to completing tasks
the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and
consistent communication. This person has immense focus and can do one thing
for a long time without getting distracted. This individual may exhibit some
drive and desire to influence; however, the overriding marker of his/her
behavior is persistence and stability.
A Transaction Manager is deeply committed to supporting the Director of
Operations and Buyer Specialist Team in achieving greater and greater levels
of success, and to growing their own skills and developing into a supportive
leader within the team. As the success of the team grows, this individual will
be responsible for training and leading additional team members to ensure all
administrative tasks of the Buyer Specialists’ business continue to be
completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.
What will you do? These are the standards a well-above average performer
will maintain or exceed:
- Work directly with the Buyer Specialist Team and Director of Operations to guide all buyer and seller clients through the transaction, from contract to close.
- Communicate daily and weekly with all clients, continually keeping them informed
- Utilize and update the listing operations manual that documents all systems and standards
- Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints
- Keep the Director of Operations informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Manage all contract files, including:
- Assist brokers with paperwork for offers
- Collect and proofread all contract and related documents
- Send contract to appropriate parties
- Maintain file and communication log
- Update Under Contract Board and other tracking systems with transaction information and deadlines
- Coordinate all transaction milestones (inspections, appraisals, earnest money, closing, etc.)
- Process commissions and ensure file compliance * Manage MLS
- Manage DotLoop Database
- Communicate with team to avoid fall through
Communications/Interactions
- Director of Operations – daily
- Buyer Specialist Team – daily
- Listing Agent (as appropriate to team structure) – weekly
- Buyers/Sellers/Vendors – as appropriate

Compensation – This is a salary plus bonus role. Compensation based on
experience and skill.
