We are looking for a motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Full Cycle Recruiter who is passionate about recruitment, hiring processes and analytics. In this role, you will be joining an agile team of dynamic talent acquisition professionals. You will develop and implement strategic recruiting, sourcing strategies and plans for the organization. You will manage various selection cycles including screening, coordinating
interviews, and managing customer and candidate expectations. You will perform a full scope of activities associated with the development and implementation of an organization-wide recruitment program and ensure UTA’s overall recruiting strategy and processes are competitive to attract and retain top talent. Additionally, you will analyze and develop staffing models, recruitment data, and sources to determine effectiveness.
