Pathao is looking to build its next generation of leaders through an intensive one year Management Trainee Scheme. Upon successful completion of this scheme, candidates will be fast-tracked to managerial positions.

In this position, you will be given the unique opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions under direction of experienced personnel. Comprehensive training will include duties in several departments such as Finance, Human Resource, Marketing, Pilot Operations, Courier Operations, Rides Operations, Customer Experience and Product . The ideal candidate will be open to learning new things, not afraid to take chances, and interested in learning every aspect of running this company.

Management Trainee Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Fresh Graduates or early professionals with a maximum of 2 years' post graduation work experience

  • Motivate toward career growth and learning

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

  • Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company

  • Entrepreneurial Nature

  • Tech-Savvy

  • Propensity to solve problems
