  • MANAGES Jasco’s UPP/MAP program to include preparation for MAP meetings and utilizing tracking software and notification process.
  • COORDINATES with Pricing Manager and VP of Customer Services for creating and administering MAP policies and procedures.
  • COORDINATES with Sales Team, Product Team, Marketing Team and Operations Team to ensure complete and accurate information is obtained in a timely manner for the purpose of preparing for MAP meeting, preparing gross profit analyses and auditing of cost data.
  • MAINTAINS and AUDITS the Price List.
  • REVIEWS and AUDITS cost data.
  • CONSIDERS and MANAGES data from multiple sources.
  • PREPARES and PROCESSES gross profit analyses for pricing requests, price increase reviews, forensic program and promo reviews, cost targets, and other special requests from initial creation to final approval.
  • REVIEWS and APPROVES pricing and special program requests within the approval guidelines established by the Company.
  • PERFORMS in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • PERFORMS other special functions as required.

Qualifications

  • Team member must have the ability to transport self from building to building and to attend various functions and meetings at other sites either within or outside of the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance or equivalent experience, i.e., 2 to 3 years experience in pricing, eCommerce support, MAP administration, corporate accounting, or financial analysis. Advanced level of Excel is required.
  • Exceptional analytical and computer skills, with emphasis in Excel. Superior interpersonal and communication skills – interaction with customers, sales, product management, customer support and finance. Results oriented and aggressive on meeting commitments and deadlines. Demonstrated decision-making ability and superior organizational skills.
