Description of Duties/Essential Functions: Under immediate supervision of the Accounting and Cash Management Unit Manager/Certified Public Accountant (CPA), receives training to perform professional accounting duties involving the monitoring, tracking, processing and quality assurance of fee billings that include account receivable balances of State and Federal permitted sources, and processing daily financial transactions. Receive training to assist with preparation and submission of budget documents for the Agency Bureaus to the Bureau of Budget, Legislative bodies, and the processing of invoice/travel vouchers for the Agency.

Education & Experience: Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or an allied field. This class is included as an Upward Mobility Program credential title.
