Description:
We are seeking a student to assist with day-to-day operations for SUU Online. In this position, the employee will mostly assist with Canvas technical support over phone, email, and in-person with faculty, staff, and students.
Qualifications:
+Customer service experience, particularly on the phone, through email, and face-to-face
+Must possess a high level of interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
+Self-motivated to work independently or on a team
+Comfort and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Canvas a plus
