Description:
Responsible for invoicing, auditing, filing student flight folders. Will be entering data from multiple sources into an internal audit Excel spreadsheet. Keeping miscellaneous documents copied and filed for use by Instructors. Scanning historical documents into BMI. Good communication skills used with co-workers and staff and ability to foresee and curtail any dispute relative to work. Various other general office duties, as needed. Must be willing to work Saturdays. Hours available to fill up to 20 hrs/wk: "Flexible Hours"
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Dependable. Attention to detail is crucial.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, typing
- 10-key, filing and phones.
- Good communication skills and ability to foresee and curtail any dispute relative to work.
- Eager to learn and apply knowledge to work.
