Dynamic Marketing Acquisitions is are a locally-owned Little Rock AR-based
business that is outsourced by the largest telecommunications and satellite
providers in the United States. To make it simple, we're looking for a
motivated entry level professional with an interest in sales and customer
service to add to our already successful team. If you're excited to work in a

Account Representative Responsibilities:

Attracts potential customers by explaining of the service we have, answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services, meeting with new and existing customers.

Opens customer accounts.

Maintains customer records by updating account information.

Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Account Representative Qualifications:

Experience dealing with the public
-
BA/BS, a degree in the process is acceptable

Customer service and sales related experience/exposure

An interest in sales, helping customers, and customer service
