WHAT’S IN A NAME? EVERYTHING.

We don’t just sell cutting-edge fashion and accessories, we create it! Our talented fashion design team – Nordstrom Product Group – develops, designs, produces and sources 50-plus Nordstrom exclusive brands and product. From traditional to trendy, this team is shaping the styles and looks our customers love.

As a Nordstrom Product Group Intern, you’ll play a dual role — dedicated student and valued team member.

As an intern, you’ll…

  • Get an up-close, behind-the-scenes view of a fashion retail product development process that you won’t find in a classroom.
  • Work side-by-side with our talented NPG Design and Development team to create compelling product that meets the needs of our customers.
  • Be part of an exciting community and get unique exposure to business leaders in NPG.
  • Interpret fashion vision and trends into successful product lines.
  • Evaluate business impacts of product development milestones and calendar due dates.

You own this if you…

  • Are a college student currently in your senior year working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Design.
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
  • Are able to move to Seattle for the duration of the 10-week summer internship.
  • Are looking for a career that pairs your business expertise with your love of fashion.
  • Have strong business acumen and ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
  • Build great relationships through stellar communication and follow-through.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment thanks to your ace organizational skills and ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures.

Portfolio will be required at time of interview.
