We are looking for candidates to join our Engineer in Training Program.
We’re looking for people who prefer hands on work and are resourceful — true
problem solvers who challenge themselves to find the most effective and
efficient solutions to complex challenges.

The training program is a full-time position with benefits, and is a stepping
stone to a future career as an Engineer within the company.
Graduates of the EIT program are expected to remain in the field as an
Engineer for three to five years after completing the program.

Who should apply?
To apply for the Engineer in Training Program, candidates must meet the
following requirements:

_Majors: Engineering, focus on Mechanical, Electrical / Electronics / embedded disciplines _

Experience level: Fresh Graduates. Candidates should have already graduated from their schools in good standing.

Training Location: Peoria, IL. Selected candidates. will be trained and be based at our R &D facility.

Minimum GPA: 2.8

Relocation and Travel: Must be willing to relocate. Individual assignments typically last from 6-12 months.

Work Authorization: Candidates must be USA Citizens or Permanent Residents.
