Description:
Assist the SUU Event Technology team with the organization and scheduling of all events held on campus that require the need for audio visual equipment and assigned technicians.
Qualifications:
• Have a basic knowledge or ability to gain an understanding of performance lighting and audio equipment.
• Familiar with all Google-based applications: Mail, Drive, Calendar, Keep, etc.
• Familiar with all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Able to maintain an organized work space.
• Able to organize time sheets, calendars, and data collection.
• Good public communication skills through phone, email, and face-to-face correspondence.
• Work well under pressure.
• Self-motivated and good time management.
• Must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours during fall and spring semesters.
