Description:

Lab technicians for the SUU Center for Music Technology (CMT) serve as both a technology tutor for students using the lab, and as a technician to maintain and update the software and hardware as directed. Lab technicians are also the first line of security for the CMT. Technicians carefully monitor the door to the CMT, and are aware of who is present in the building. Lab technicians also may be assigned to record/stream events that take place in the Thorley Recital Hall at the SUU Music Building.

Qualifications:

Prior music technology experience is preferred, but training is available to students without it. Students will learn to use notation software and digital audio software
