"Student needed to help process mail, answer phones, and communicate with partners and participants through email and by phone. The student will also process course approvals from school districts, process payments, and work with on-campus departments to ensure participants get admitted/registered/paid. Other clerical duties as needed will be assigned. Employment to begin as early as June 1st (or as soon as possible).

Qualifications:
Student must have experience working in an office setting. Ability to work with office equipment is also needed. Student must be willing to keep up with the pace of a very busy office. Good communication skills (both written and oral) are important. Typing speed should be at least 50 words per minute. Student must be able to work every day Monday through Friday from 12 to 4. Experience with Banner and Microsoft products (including access) would be very welcomed.
