Description:
Provide support to the Facilities Management Business Operations office through assisting with the maintenance of the campus work order system, data entry and collection, Excel projects, auditing department records, answering phones, and other clerical work/duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours (9 if graduate student) during fall and spring semesters, comfortable answering phones and other forms of correspondence, attention to detail, some Excel experience preferred.
