Description:

The principal function of this position is to assist the Manager of Business Operations in daily responsibilities including processing personnel paperwork, data entry, and providing assistance to the Facilities Management department through work order support and serving as an alternate contact in the absence of the Business Operations Manager. Duties and responsibilities include:

  1. Processing hourly EPAF’s including new employee’s, returning employees, terminations, modifications, and pay adjustments.
  2. Prepare hourly wage reports each pay period.
  3. Populate data weekly for budget reporting.
  4. Process journal entries for Facilities Management.
  5. Serve as the work order support contact and Sprocket technician.
  6. Assist the Manager of Business Operations in the daily operations, tasks, and data entry into the work order system.
  7. Manage and move purchasing card expenses in Banner.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in MS Office (Excel experience required).
  2. Degree or office experience in a business-related field preferred.
  3. Attention to detail.
  4. Responsible, dependable, and effective leader.
  5. Comfortable with phone communication, excellent customer service skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
