Description:
General office duties, including: greet visitors, answer phones, assist students and visitors, update and maintain student registration and other records, email, copying. Occasionally assist teachers in the classroom. Uphold and explain all program policies and procedures. Full list of job duties available from the ALCC.
Qualifications:
Ability to work with international students who have limited English; utility with Banner, MS Office and Google suite;excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and manage time effectively; ability to maintain the confidentiality of student information. Preferred: bilingual, valid driver's license and ability to pass motor pool safe driver exam.
