SUU Marketing Communication office is seeking a creative, motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our fun and fast-pace work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, work independently and in a team, and the ability to write and create current, relevant content for social media channels, specifically Pinterest and LinkedIn. This is an excellent opportunity for students to get hands on experience while developing their communication skills.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop original content for web and social
- Assist with building a content strategy
- Create content for SUU’s Pinterest and LinkedIn profiles
- Conduct research and interviews
- Create and maintain relationships with students, faculty, staff and the community
- Evaluate analytics

- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of AP writing style
- Attention to detail and dedication to quality
- The ability to multitask and prioritize high-level projects in a deadline driven environment
- Proactive self-starter
