Description:

Work in the Copy & Post assisting customers with printing and postal needs

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Open and close the Copy & Post, operate POS to input sales, account for and report money closeouts at the end of day • Complete all work orders in a timely manner and insure they are completed as specified by customer to guarantee quality • Affix and check for proper postage on all mail • Learn USPS, FedEx and UPS freight procedures • Perform repairs and routine maintenance on all machines • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

Skills required and/or desired:

• Strong customer service skills, computer experience, and Microsoft office knowledge is required • Knowledge of Adobe applications for PC is required, Mac platform is desired • Fundamental that applicant has an eye for detail, is self-motivated, and able to work without constant supervision • Essential for applicant be dependable, able to multi-task, and willing to learn a variety of duties • Ability to operate various media production equipment: copy machines, laminators, binders, fax machine, and post office equipment • Previous register experience and ten-key is helpful • Ability to lift at least 50 LBS • Completion of LM 1010 with a grade of B- or better is required for employment. Class can be taken during the first semester of employment.
