Description:
This position will assist with the creation and implementation of various course features and tools for the Office of Online Teaching & Learning.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
1. Assisting with learning, implementing, and evaluating new applications and tools,
2. Creating high-quality, interactive content based on information provided by faculty and the instructional design team,
3. Assisting office staff with varying projects and using a wide range of technology,
4. Creating promotional materials,
5. Other projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience desired
- Professionalism, including strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivation to work independently or as a member of team
- Willingness to learn new technology skills such as HTML/CSS and Articulate
- Ability to easily switch between tasks and prioritize multiple projects
- Comfort and familiarity with Canvas, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Suite desired
