We are looking for a competent student to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the Advancement Office. The ideal candidate will be able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will need to be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results and processes. Data entry experience and understanding of the importance of data integrity. Willing to work some evenings and weekends.


Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word. Familiar with Google Docs and Calendar. Customer Service oriented. Positive attitude and good work ethic. Self-motivated and dependable. Some programming experience preferred.
Duties may include: Inbound and Outbound Calls Event Planning; preparation and execution. Data entry, scanning and analysis with lists, letters, and spreadsheets. Donor Relations.
