Description:

Assist Directors, Assistant Vice President and campus staff with special projects. Handle abandoned bike inventory. Run campus errands. Order supplies and manage supply inventory. Manage central office files and filing. Take campus calls and submit work orders in the work order system. Data entry and collection, Excel projects, and audit department records.

Qualifications:

  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have strong computer skills (Word and Excel)
  • Must be responsible, reliable, punctual, and a quick learner
  • Must be able to handle stressful and emergency situations
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills
  • Should have the ability to help people solve problems over the phone
  • Must be able to work during semester breaks and over the summer
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Must be enrolled for at least 12 credit hours during fall and spring semesters
