Description:

The House Manger works all performances conducted at the Thorley Recital Hall so the hours and days are different each week. Some weekend dates are necessary.

  • Must arrive 30 minutes prior to performances to set up or help performers and/or faculty and stay afterwards to help take down if needed.
  • Prompt Entrances for performers
  • Help with noise control and the crowd.
  • Be responsible for using the stage and house lighting if needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Music Major!
  • Dress is business casual
  • Must be professional at all times.
  • Be a good representative of the Music Department- be kind and courteous, stay informed, act responsibly, be independent.
