Description:
The Bookstore Clothing Assistant works directly with the SUU Merchandise Manager, assisting with all university apparel sold on campus. General duties include:
- Restocking apparel
- Receiving apparel
- Organizing the sales floor
- Organizing the apparel back stock
- Cleaning of the apparel department
- Assisting with apparel web sales
- Assisting Merchandise Manager with buying trends
- Assisting Merchandise Manager in proper apparel stock levels.
- Assisting Merchandise Manager with yearly inventory
Qualifications:
Must be neat, organized and demonstrate initiative. Looking for an employee with an eye for current fashion trends. Basic computer skills are necessary for inventory management of apparel area. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be comfortable working on a ladder for restocking merchandise. Must be able to work year around, including summers.
