Description:

Possible multiple departmental openings for any of these positions posted below: TA's including Graders, Lab Assistants, & Greenhouse workers. If interested please complete an application, then check with Biology professors you have had previously to express your interest. Professors will be selecting their own TA's.

Qualifications:

Qualifications will vary by position.

Graders will be expected to grade homework assignments and record scores in Canvas.

Lab assistants will assist the instructor in setting up labs, including checking equipment and verifying supplies are adequate.

For a specific course and/or lab, the applicant must have earned a grade of “C” or better in the course (or equivalent transferred courses). Previous experience as a grader is preferred, but not required. Applicants may apply to grade for more than one course. Applicants should indicate on their applications the courses for which they are qualified.
