Description:

This position is to assist with the preparation and completion of the Southern Utah Science and Engineering Fair (SUSEF). This includes: organizing SUSEF materials, maintaining supply lists, creating order requests for supplies, writing receipts and making deposits, managing database spreadsheets and organizing documentation, communicating with faculty and staff about science fair activities, prepping materials for the science fair, and setting up and working the event (April 2).

Qualifications:

Have experience working with special events, have attention to detail, have strong time management skills, have strong organization and communication skills.
