Description:

Student will help process mail, answer phones, and communicate with partners and participants through email and by phone in the K12 Program Office. Student will process course approvals from school districts, process payments and work with on-campus departments to ensure K12 participants get admitted/registered/paid. Other clerical duties as needed will be assigned. Priority given to those who can work full time during the summer and 20 hours per week during the rest of the year (Monday through Friday).

Qualifications:

Student must have experience working in an office setting, and be a self-starter with the ability to stay focused in a very busy environment. Ability to work with office equipment is needed (computers, copy/fax machine, and etc.) Student must be able to keep up with the pace of a very busy office. Good communication skills (both written and oral) are necessary. Typing speed should be at least 50 words per minutes. Experience with Banner and Microsoft products (including Access) would be very welcomed.
