Description:
This internship position would last the duration of the summer semester and is available to any student enrolled in at least 3 credit hours on campus during the summer.
The Programs Intern will assist the Learning and Experiences team with summer programming to ensure patrons have the best experience possible. Must be available to assist during SUMA's Teen Art Camp on June 1-5 and June 8-12. Expected to assist with set-up, tear-down, and attend various L&E programs throughout the summer season (5/11-8/7). Applicants should have an interest in connecting people with art through community programming.
Internship credit may be available.
Qualifications:
Candidate must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, excel in basic Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications, and show a history of punctuality, professionalism, and follow through. Interest in arts education or experience in a classroom setting is preferred.
