Description:

  • Work hours take place between 9:45am-5pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays.
  • Assist with ticket sales done in person and over the phone. This includes giving guests general information and answering questions about their ticket purchase, creating ticket orders, mailing or emailing tickets, processing payments, and conducting exchanges and refunds.
  • Prepare for upcoming events by compiling training materials, documented procedures, and policies for incoming staff.
  • Cash, check, and credit card handling.
  • Assist with daily preparation of deposits and end-of-day processes.

This position requires working from an on-campus office. Work-from-home or remote-work location options are not available for this position.
