Description:
As a Call Center Operator you will will handle incoming campus calls, monitor campus fire and safety alarms, manage emergency campus calls and maintenance/custodial requests then record incidents correctly. You will work closely with Campus Security and Facilities to solve problems.You will also take and record Heat Plant boiler gauge reading.
When employed as a Call Center Operator you will be expected to work any holidays/weekends/grave shifts you are scheduled; the Call Center is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Qualifications:
- Must be a task oriented self starter, capable of following direction and rules.
- Must have excellent telephone communication skills and be people service oriented.
- Must be competent in Microsoft Office and Adobe program editing and creation.
- Must have excellent spelling, punctuation, and legible writing.
- Must be willing to work graves, weekends and holidays as assigned.
- Must be diligent in following direction and rules.
