Description:

The role of the study hall monitor is to:

  • Monitor behavior and enforce the rules in the Athletic Academic Center
  • Assist the student-athlete by mentoring and answering questions about where campus resources can be found to receive tutoring, advising, etc
  • Monitors will need to sign students in and out with SUU Link computer program and/or Teamworks (no prior knowledge of this program is necessary)

  • Monitors must keep track of who enters and leaves the room without signing out

  • Must have Spring 2021 availability MWF 8:00-10:00am and TR 8:00-9:50am

Qualifications:

  • Minimal sports knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Desire to work in a team environment
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Ability to supervise behavior of student-athletes
