Description:

General outdoor landscaping and grounds maintenance. Includes daily garbage pick up, winter snow removal, summer sprinkler systems upkeep, mowing and other outdoor maintenance as assigned. May include some building maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Must have landscaping (trees, shrubs, lawn chemical) experience
  • Sprinkler system and zone valve experience
  • Good work ethic
  • Punctual, self starter, dependable
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Must be able to work from 6 am to 11 am for snow removal.
